How we use your information

Vitrova Ltd is the controller of the personal information you give us through this website and the customer portal.

What we collect

Your name, company, email, phone number, site postcode, the details of your project, and any drawings or photos you upload. In the portal we also record who signs off deliveries and the photos taken at delivery.

Why

To price your project, reply to you, supply and deliver your order, and deal with any issue afterwards. Our lawful bases are taking steps at your request before a contract, performing the contract, and our legitimate interest in running the business. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing without your consent.

Who sees it

Our team, and the manufacturers and carriers we use for your order, who receive only what they need (for example the site postcode and the specification). Files are stored securely with our hosting providers in the UK and EU.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don’t go ahead are deleted after two years. Order records are kept for six years after the order, for accounting and product-warranty purposes.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it by contacting us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
